However reports suggest Manchester United could finally land the former Inter Milan and Real Madrid man in January.
Moyes is said to be desperate to sign a midfielder when the transfer window re-opens in the new year, as Marouane Fellaini has struggled to adapt to life at Old Trafford and Anderson could leave the Premier League champions in January.
Sabah believe Manchester United duo Nani or Antonio Valencia could be involved in any potential deal for Sneijder.
Dutch international Sneijder has scored five goals in 12 games for Turkish outfit Galatasaray so far this season.
